Fully equipped kitchen has 8 person table, fridge, microwave, DW, & oven. Walk-out basement is a kid’s paradise with a 65” TV, air hockey, record player, darts, board games, & more! Loft Area: 🛏️ Queen bed, two twin beds, and an air mattress for additional sleeping. 📺 Flatscreen TV and two Big Joe bean bag chairs for relaxing. Walk-Out Basement: 🎮 Large family space for games, lounging, or watching your favorite shows. 🌀 Includes air hockey, a 65” TV, a Sherpa couch & two leather seating chairs (foosball coming Winter 2025!) 🛁 Full bathroom and laundry room with washer & dryer. Indoor pools: Enjoy a swim in the heated indoor pools at the Lakeview Hotel or Schuss Mountain Ski Lodge. Or soak in the hot tub after a cold day of skiing the slopes or golfing the terrain. Lakeview Hotel indoor pool and hot tub open year round! Outdoor Pool Lakeview Hotel: Outdoor pool at the Lakeview Hotel is available for our guests enjoyment Memorial Day to Labor Day weekend. Gorgeous views of the hills and Lake Bellaire. You will have access to the entire chalet except for two owners closets and the garage. Air conditioning is in the great room, basement and second floor twin room only. Four level spiral staircase not great for those with mobility concerns or for young children.
Other Details to Note
The stairs are spiral and this is a tall house. Not the easiest to maneuver for young children under 12 or the elderly. No children under 12 allowed in Loft. Guest will be required to sign a liability waiver to stay here. Air conditioning only services the basement, great room, and 2nd floor twin room. Fans are provided in all bedrooms and loft. Guest must clean grill after use or subject to $75 cleaning fee. We provide Netflix for our rentals. In Winter, we will plow driveway and shovel front stairs prior to arrival. Shovels and salt will be available for guest to use during stay. Please communicate with us during your stay on snow plow needs. Note that: all wheel or 4 wheel drive will be necessary for getting up the main drive to the house in the winter months. Our cleaning fee covers standard turnover. For bodily fluids (vomit, etc.) or biohazard cleanup, additional charges may apply based on the cleaning company’s itemized invoice. We are NOT ski in/ski out. The Schuss Ski lodge is less than a 5 minute car ride away.
