Other Details to Note
We provide Netflix for our rentals. Spiral stairs are not recommended for children under 10 without adult supervision. $800 charge if pool pass is not returned. This is our cost to replace the pass. $150 charge if beach pass is not returned. We are limited to 16 guests. Any reservations over 16 will not be accepted. No exceptions. We strive to keep all amenities in great condition but can’t guarantee availability at all times. Please note that Shanty Creek amenities are managed separately and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances. In Winter, we will plow driveway and shovel walks and front entrance deck prior to arrival. Shovels and salt will be available for guest to use during stay. Please communicate with us during your stay on snow plow needs. Our cleaning fee covers standard turnover. For bodily fluids (vomit, etc.) or biohazard cleanup, additional charges may apply based on the cleaning company’s itemized invoice.

Rental includes access to our neighborhood’s private beach retreat on Lake Bellaire, a short drive away from the lodge (subject to seasons).
